Payment & Reservation Policy

1. Booths are "Available" unless and until a minimum 50% deposit is made. TSL reserves the right to booth placement and selective reservation of booth spaces in order to maximize the TSL venue appearance and offerings. All vendors must (A) accurately disclose their booth inventory information, (B) provide evidence of insurance, and (C) provide payment in order to reserve a booth space.

2. Vendors reserving WITHIN the 60-day period must pay IN FULL and provide EVIDENCE OF INSURANCE to reserve a particular booth.

3. Any vendor who has made a Tentative Reservation (with a minimum 50% deposit), but who does not pay IN FULL and provide EVIDENCE OF INSURANCE by 60 days prior to the fair date will lose its booth reservation. Any previously paid deposit may be applied to another ("Available") booth (same fair, same dates), but no refund will be given, no exceptions. Deposits also are transferable to another qualified (substitute) vendor (same fair, same dates), provided that the TSL site manager (A) approves the substitute vendor and (B) the substitute vendor provides payment IN FULL and EVIDENCE OF INSURANCE prior to booth set up. The TSL site manager will make reasonable efforts to accommodate substitute arrangements, but reserves all rights to make decisions in the best interest of the TSL venue appearance and offerings.

4. Booths are "GRAY" ("Reservation") with payment IN FULL and EVIDENCE OF INSURANCE. Reservations are guaranteed until 6PM, THURSDAY, for the setup of the street fair. The booth and payment are forfeited as of 6PM, Thursday, without right to refund, unless express alternative arrangements are made with the TSL site manager (for instance, for late arrival or a substitute vendor). Qualified substitute vendors may take a "Reserved" booth space on behalf of the original vendor, provided that alternative arrangements are made with the TSL site manager no later than 6PM , Thursday the first day of the street fair. The TSL site manager will make reasonable efforts to accommodate alternative arrangements, but reserves all rights to make decisions in the best interest of the TSL venue appearance and offerings.

REFUNDS: Refunds can be made in full 60 days prior to the fair. Any refunds requested within 60-45 days of the fair are only applicable for a 50% refund**. Any refunds requested within 45 days of the fair will not be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Any vendors that do not show up for setup, or are not completely setup by 9am on Friday of the fair will forfeit their booth space. Please be respectful that we SELL OUT of spaces every year and your booth will automatically be given to those on a waiting list - WITHOUT REFUND.  

**ALL APPLICABLE REFUNDS will receive a 10% credit cancellation fee.**

NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS.

**Note: Security deposits are NOT refundable within 60 days of the fair.
