Street Fair in The Solar Lot

All participants must adhere to Rules and Instructions of the Fourth Avenue Merchants Association (800) 933-2477. For more information, visit the FAMA website at: www.fourthavenue.org. All vendors are required to have insurance certificates and a City of Tucson Sales License.

Fees collected are for 10×10 booth space rental only and does not include the actual 10×10 Pop-up tent, supplies, materials, etc., which you must provide.

Vendors that prepare food on site are not permitted in this area. Please consult with the 4th Avenue Merchants Association to find an available location.

A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Payments must be made in full 60 days prior to the day of setup to reserve your space. Payments not received within that time frame will forfeit their deposit and reservation.

I HEREBY RELEASE THE OWNERS AND MEMBERS OF ALLUVIAL, LLC ("OWNER"), AND OWNER'S MANAGEMENT, AGENTS OR CONTRACTORS, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, DAMAGES, EXPENSES, COSTS, OR LOSSES INCURRED BY ME OR BY MY BUSINESS, PARTNERS, CONTRACTORS, MANAGERS, OR AGENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS REGISTRATION FORM, OUR PARTICIPATION IN THE 4TH AVENUE STREET FAIR, OR THE OPERATION OF MY BOOTH AT The Solar Lot, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES. I WILL PROVIDE PROOF OF INSURANCE AS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION. I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY OWNER IF OWNER SUFFERS ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ON ACCOUNT OF ANY ACT OR OMISSION ON MY PART OR THE PART OF MY AGENTS. I AGREE THAT OWNER, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, MAY PROHIBIT THE CONDUCT OF ANY ACTIVITY WHATSOEVER WHICH OWNER DEEMS DETRIMENTAL OR NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF TSL OR THE TSL STREET FAIR VENUE. I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS REGISTRATION FORM, THE TSL PAYMENT AND RESERVATION POLICY, AND ANY OTHER TSL REQUIREMENTS FOR BOOTH SPACE RENTAL, SET UP, OPERATION, OR CHECK OUT. I WILL SECURE THE REQUIRED PERMITS OR LICENSES AND OBEY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA AND THE CITY OF TUCSON.
